The state of Utah has been one of the US leading states in developing innovations and new inventions. Even before the high technology, some of the world’s leading medical breakthroughs came from Utah, say for example the hearing aid, the artificial heart and even the artificial arm. Utah also developed the modern word processor.
Today Utah Technology aims to give the world something new and something high tech. Utah even created the USTAR or the Utah Science and Technology and Research economic development initiative. Utah is one of the world’s leading states to bring ambitious innovations.
Many things can be enjoyed in Utah. Tourism is a major industry in the place; it has seven national monuments and is known for the year round outdoor and recreational activities. And although Utah is definitely a place you can enjoy, the technology in Utah is also enjoyable.
