I have a warm love for my company.  It’s like a family, and other colleagues who’ve been here as long as I have (10 years) feel the same.  So when things go wrong, we’re not criticising, we’re simply concerned.  One such issue was when we held a developer conference at our HQ last year.  We had a great turn out but frankly we messed up with the organization – not enough chairs and refreshments made for an uncomfortable experience for many.

This year we got it right though (learnt from our mistakes).  We provided plenty of seating and refreshments, and professional conference lighting made for a good allround experience.
