I couldn’t believe it when my dad offered to transport me and my horse, Princess, into town so that we could be in the local Home Days Parade. My wonderful husband recently lost over one hundred pounds and not only did he diet but he worked out and ended up looking great!  I feel horrible because I didn’t think he could do it at first, thank goodness I didn’t say that out loud!  When he first said he was going to get shredded abs I did my best not to laugh!  Before this my husband was a over-eater to the extreme, he was extremely lazy, and he was beginning to smell even after a shower.  It wasn’t until his boss had the ’stinky’ talk with him that he decided it was time to loose it.
