In the past when I wanted to lose weight, I would put myself on some ridiculous fad diet.  Of course I would lose weight, but the minute I started eating my regular diet again, I would gain the weight back.  I have never been very active, until recently.  It’s this inactivity that was keeping me from maintaining a healthy weight.  Fortunately, I took some time and found a great Charleston weight loss and fitness center.  I have learned how to eat a healthy, balanced diet.  Not only that, but I am getting plenty of exercise.  I am finally losing weight that I know will stay off.
