I love Shiva Rae’s new yoga video. It has about 8 short 20 minute yoga routines that are quite good. The pace is varied. Some routines like the “Fire”, routine is quie a vigorous yoga routine. Others are more relazing routines. I do yoga every morning a enjory a short hath yoga vinyasa flow before I start my day. This is a very good mindfulness practice. Ther is also a 7 mi9nute core workout for your abdominal muscles. Some routines focus more on flexibility while others focus more on strength. Shiva Rae is coming to teach yoga in Toronto. I am looking forward to participating in her workshop.
