When I first met my husband I did not realize that he spoke another language. He spent time with tribal people when he was younger. His parents are involved with New Tribes Mission. He said they do great work and truly set out to save lives. He said that often these people are forgotten by society. They need help to learn literacy and basic first aid. This program had a big impact on my husband and he wants to continue helping. I am very happy that he wants to make a difference in the world. His parents are excited that he wants to get involved.
