Please buy my house and allow me to rent it back for 12 months
Would you like Buy my house and then rent it back to me? I need a landlord or investor to buy my house and then allow me to rent it back for only 1 year.
I am going to live with my sister after Christmas and I need to sell the house but I dont want have to rent a flat in the town.
I would look after the house and I would be prepared to pay over the market rent for a period of 12 months MAX. In fact I can pay an initial 6 months rent up front.
The sell and rent firms I have spoken to will not allow me to do this as they need a longer term agreement – like 3 – 5 years – but this is WAY too long for me.
