There are so many lpn careers out there for young people to choose from these days. When I was a youngster coming up, there weren’t so many options. I chose a school in my local town and then went to work for a hospital in town. I worked there for 20 years and then I retired. I’m very interested in a job that offers security. Unlike my granddaughter, Tisha, who wants to be a nurse too. But she thinks she’s going to try hospice work and then maybe nursing homes. I keep telling her to find a location and stick with it. But, she doesn’t agree.
