How To Choose a Treadmill Trainer
Thanks for your interest in my progress. First, your program is awesome! I would have never made it to this fitness level on my own. You have even answered personal emails. You are not a fad gimmick with some telemarketer at the other end. Your the read deal. Last December my weight topped out around 240 pounds. That is a lot for a guy who is 5’9. I decided to take some action. The first thing I changed was diet. I followed the diet you and others advocate. I cut out sugar, processed foods, and fruit and grain that had a high GI. The first fifty pounds came off pretty quick. Then my progress stalled. I knew that physical activity was the next logical choice. I decided to pick something I really never much cared for and to conquer it. I picked running. Every time I attempted running in the past it was just I always gave myself an excuse to stop. In my mind it was just hard. I knew from my recent nutrition endeavor that hard probably is just what I needed. That is when I found your program. I ordered volume one. It was really quite a challenge, but on the second session I actually completed it. It was very encouraging to accomplish a short term fitness achievement. Three weeks have passed. I weighed in at about 172 pounds this morning. I’m getting there. I’m really not focused on a number just getting fit. I am hyped today. I moved on to volume two a few runs back. I made it the whole way through without stopping to walk! I cannot believe I went from barely being able to run for a few minutes to jogging/running to 6 ¼ miles today. In summary: “I highly recommend Treadmill Trainer! In a little over four months I went from barely being able to tie my shoes to running 6 ¼ miles today. Anyone can do this with this program”.
