Shimano Curado 200e7 Better Value Than Shimano Calais
On my fishing forums, someone asked if anyone had any opinions on the Shimano Calais baitcasting reels. These reels retail for $400!
One forum member immediately responded and said that he would never pay $400 for a reel. I concurred with his statement and we both told the person who asked the questions that we would prefer the Shimano Curado 200e7 and we consider it a much better value fir the money it costs.
When compared side by side there is no way I could ever justify spending more than double the price of a Curado. The Curado is a much better value, dollar for dollar.
